Redbridge says "We are working to implement a replacement for the register and intend for this to be fully available by 10 July." as excuse for having a defective register

Email from Redbridge dated 12/06/2026 16:48

Dear Mr Walker

Further to my email below, I am now in a position to update you on the Council’s landlord register.

We are currently working to transition suppliers of the public-facing web register as current system issues mean the register is unfortunately incomplete. We are working to implement a replacement for the register and intend for this to be fully available by 10 July.

In the meantime, you may arrange a viewing of the register at the discretion of the relevant service area who can be contacted at prslicensing@redbridge.gov.uk. Please note the Council will not accommodate a viewing of the register without an appointment to ensure availability of relevant officers.

Kind regards
